South Haven Golf and Beeches Golf Club will be hosting the MHSAA Division 3 Regional Competition on Tuesday, May 31 beginning at 9:00 am. Twenty schools from around the area will be participating. Good luck to our golfers, and a big THANK YOU to Beeches for allowing us to host.

Varsity baseball will play at Holland Christian HS on Saturday, June 4 at 10:00 am against Hamilton.
Varsity softball will play against Paw Paw at Paw Paw HS, also on June 4, at noon.
Varsity soccer will host a second-round game at Ratcliffe Field on Tuesday (5/31) at 6:00 pm against the winner of Constantine/Dowagiac.

Weather permitting, today's varsity baseball game (5/26) against Gobles at home will be played as a doubleheader rather than a single game.
Sadly, JV Softball's game at Wayland has been cancelled for today (5/25). Congratulations to the ladies on an excellent season.
Due to an excessive amount of water on the field we will have to cancel the Corey Hinz Memorial Baseball Tournament for today, Saturday, 5/21.
Varsity Soccer -- the Rams earned the #1 seed in their district and have therefore earned a bye in the upcoming MHSAA District Soccer Tournament. South Haven will host the winner of Constantine/Dowagiac on Tuesday, May 31 at 6:00 pm at Ratcliffe Field. The winner of that game will go to the district finals, which will be played at host Berrien Springs HS.
SPORTS PHYSICALS -- It's never too early to be thinking about preparing for the 2022-2023 school year. As usual, MS and HS students will need an updated sports physical on file to play school-sponsored sports for the upcoming fall, winter and spring seasons. Per MHSAA rules, physicals must be performed no earlier than April 15, 2022 to be permissible for the coming school/athletic year.
South Haven Athletics is working with Bronson to make this as convenient as possible for our students, but right now we do not yet have specifics in place. If you can get a physical through your primary care provider, please get one scheduled. Otherwise, stayed tuned to SH Athletics for possible summer opportunities.
JV Softball -- We have added a JV softball game tomorrow, Friday (5/20) at Edwardsburg beginning at 4:30 pm. Sorry for the late notice on this. Coaches are arranging transportation.
Today's JV and varsity softball games against Parchment are cancelled (5/18) and, given the shortage of officials, probably won't be rescheduled.
Varsity Track -- The team will run their Regional Meet this Friday (5/20) at Berrien Springs. Results can be found soon after the races are finished by scanning the attached QR code from Stampede Timing.
Var. Softball -- The last regular season game against Coloma has been moved from June 1 to June 2. The game will still be played at SH at 4:15.
REMINDER: Baseline Spring Sports will be having their picture day TOMORROW, Wednesday, May 18. The MS track team will do their photos before they get on the bus to go the field & the MS soccer team will follow at approximately 3:20. The Rotary Track Meet at St. Joseph (originally scheduled for 5/6 but cancelled due to weather) has been rescheduled for Tuesday, May 31. The change is now reflected in our online schedules.
Varsity Tennis -- Due to concerns about Wednesday's weather, the MHSAA Tennis Regional at Berrien Springs has been moved to Thursday (5/19) at the same time and location.
Varsity Soccer -- I'm sorry for the confusion. I believe I listed the game time incorrectly on my schedule. Tonight's varsity soccer game against Michigan Lutheran begins at 5:00 pm today at Ratcliffe.
