RAM FOOTBALL INFORMATION NIGHT
Who: All potential members of the Ram Football Program
What: An in person meeting and FB live event.
Where: On FB Live and in the HS Weight Room.
When: Thursday May 19. In person and on FB Live @ 6:00 pm
Why: To invite and inform about Ram Football.
MS Soccer -- Due to the late start time of both of their games this week, we were able to get a bus for the MS soccer team. The Rams play at 6:00 pm on Monday and Tuesday at Rolling Prairie Elementary and Brandywine HS respectively, and will have 5:00 pm bus departure times for both.
It's senior night at the tennis courts!!! Come support our tennis team and their seniors as the Rams take on Three Rivers today at 4:00 pm.
MS Track -- We have added and additional track meet for Thursday, May 19. The team will be heading to Bangor HS to compete in the MHSAA MS Regional Meet. The meet should now be visible on the online schedule.
REMINDER: Baseline Spring Sports will be having their picture day on Wednesday, May 18. The MS track team will do their photos before they get on the bus to go the field & the MS soccer team will follow at approximately 3:20. Coaches will be passing out picture forms, but pictures can also be ordered by going to:

Varsity Baseball -- We have replaced the 5/26 game originally against Allegan. The Varsity Rams will now face Gobles in a single game on Thursday, May 26 beginning at 4:30 at South Haven.
Varsity Track -- Due to a driver shortage we will not have a bus for tomorrow's (5/13) track meet at Berrien Springs. Coaches will help with transportation for students that do not have a ride, and any parents who are able are welcome & encouraged to contact Coaches Tackett or DeLorme.
Parents -- please talk with your student about how he/she is getting to the meet and make sure you are comfortable with it. The coaches and staff are doing their best to make sure everyone gets to and from the meet safely.
The Ram Booster Scholarship is now available for eligible juniors (class of 2023). For more information, see the Junior Class Google Classroom, or contact Mrs. Netzley or Mr. Verseput. Applications are due on June 8.
Varsity Softball -- Fennville Softball is unable to play on 5/20, so the game originally on the schedule has been removed. We will look at finding a replacement for Friday, 5/20.
JV Baseball -- We lost the away game with Allegan on 5/26 but have already replaced it. JV baseball will now be going to K-Christian HS for a DH on 5/26 starting at 4:30 pm. This change should now be reflected in the online schedule.
Middle School Track -- please note that what was originally the Allegan Co-ed Relays has been picked up by Otsego. The Otsego Co-ed Relays will be run at Otsego High School on Tuesday, May 17 beginning at 4:15 pm.
JV Baseball -- We have added an away game against River Valley this week Thursday, May 12 at 4:15 pm. The team will likely need drivers, so if you are a parent and able to help drive please contact Coach Dubina.

Summer Programming from South Haven Athletics
This summer we are looking to make South Haven Athletics stronger, faster and better than ever before and we NEED YOU ALONG FOR THE RIDE. We want all of our athletes to participate in our summer strength and speed training workouts.
MARK ON YOUR CALENDARS: Summer Ram Power strength and speed training will take place on Mondays, Wednesday & Thursdays throughout the summer from 5:00-7:30 pm in the SHHS weight room & gym. The program begins Monday, June 13. Please plan your work schedule and activities in advance so you can attend.
This will include our Summer Ram Power Program and your own coaches’ sport-specific training. All South Haven athletic teams will be holding their summer programming in conjunction with our summer Ram Power Program. Our varsity coaches will be present in the weight room and attendance is requested and expected.
All high school and middle school athletes, regardless of sport or gender, are encouraged to attend.

JV Golf -- We have added an additional event to the JV golf schedule. The JV team will now be playing in Parchment's Coaches and Scramble this Friday, May 13.
High School Track -- Due to the weather, the Rotary Track Meet has been cancelled for today (5/6). They will attempt to reschedule.
JV Softball -- The game at Lakeshore today (5/6) has been cancelled due to weather. A reschedule date is still TBD.
