REMINDER: Today, Wednesday 12/7, is the second signup day for the Boys Little Rams Basketball Program. Registration will be held in the HS Cafeteria from 5:00 - 6:30 pm. Practice will begin the week of 1/9. There will be six scheduled game weeks with games running on Saturday.
We will need volunteer coaches. Volunteers should know the basics of coaching basketball and will be subject to a background check. Please let us know when you come to sign you player up.

Without a game to play today, 8th grade basketball would like to practice from 3:30-5:30 at Baseline MS. 7th grade will go from 4:00-5:30 pm at Baseline and the teams will share the gym. Sorry for the late notice.

This winter, all athletic events in the South Haven High School Gym will be broadcast on the NFHS Network. There is a subscription fee, but that subscription will allow you to watch basketball, cheer and wrestling in any participating gym across the US on your computer, phone or tablet. Reminder: Tuesday night (11/29/22) is High School Winter Sports Meet the Team Night. The evening will begin in Listiak Auditorium at 7:00 pm. Coaches, athletes and parents are STRONGLY encouraged to attend.

Just to clarify: Little Rams will still be held at Baseline, while MS basketball will take place at SHHS and Lincoln Elementary. Sorry for any confusion.
We plan on playing both Little Rams Basketball and our 6th grade games at the HS tomorrow (Saturday, 11/18) as scheduled.
All afternoon/evening athletics practices have been cancelled for Friday, 11/18/22 due to inclement weather. We will be making the call about Saturday's events later this afternoon. Stay tuned to the South Haven Athletics Website and Facebook Page for updates.
To stay ahead of any possible snowy weather for tonight, 8th grade boys basketball practice has been moved for Thursday, 11/17. It will now be held from 4:00-6:00 pm in Lincoln's gym.
HS Bowling Practice -- practice will begin on Tuesday, November 15 at Lakeside Lanes and run from 4:00-6:00 PM. Normal practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All are welcome. Participants must have a current physical on file and be fully registered in FinalForms to begin practice.
High school boys swim practice will begin on Monday. November 21. Practice will be at the HS Pool and will run from 3:00-5:30 pm. Questions can be directed to Coach Thomas Capps at tcapps@shps.org.

It will be used going forward and we think it will ultimately make our record-keeping easier and safer for parents and kids.
